Laura is a skilled executive leader with more than 42 years of banking experience and more than 26 years of leadership experience. Laura currently serves as a Senior Vice President with PNC Bank’s Customer Care Center, overseeing the New Hire experience for the Enterprise.
Laura’s passions are in assisting candidates with all aspects of interview preparation, assisting business owners with selecting the best talent and best candidates for their business, developing employees towards the next step in their leadership journey, and coaching towards an exceptional customer experience. It was these passions that inspired her to start her business Amazing Career Consultant.
Outside of the office, you’ll find Laura serving on multiple ministries at Mt. Pleasant Baptist Church or fulfilling her duties as a board member for Project Hope CLE, a non-profit organization that provides support, relief services, and scholarships to the underserved in the Cleveland Community.Laura brings an infectious energy that inspires everyone around her.
